We stand behind the quality of our equipment and workmanship. The following warranty periods apply from the date of completed installation:

Once the initial 30-day Installation Warranty has expired, the following service terms apply:
• Service Call Fee: A standard fee of P1,500.00 will be charged for any on-site repairs, follow-up labor, or system troubleshooting.
• Extended Labor Coverage: Payment of the P1,500.00 service fee automatically grants the client an additional 30-day Labor Warranty.
■ If the same issue persists or a new labor-related issue arises within 30 days of the paid service, follow-up visits will be free of labor charges.
■ This extended coverage applies strictly to labor; any replacement parts required outside the 6 Months Device Warranty will be billed separately.
The warranties listed above do not cover damages resulting from:
• Power surges, lightning strikes, or unstable electrical supply.
• Unauthorized tampering or attempted repairs by third parties.
• Physical damage, theft, or "Acts of God" (e.g., floods, fire).
• Intentional cable cutting or repositioning of cameras by the client.
CLIENT ACCEPTANCE
By signing below, the client acknowledges and agrees to the warranty terms and service fee structure provided by CCTV Express Dumaguete.
